What Can You Expect?
During treatment, you’ll feel a warm, snapping sensation as the light pulses across the skin. Most clients find it very tolerable, especially with cooling gel applied throughout.
Before Treatment
Your provider will gently cleanse your skin and apply a cooling gel to the treatment area. Eye shields will be placed to protect your eyes from the light energy.
During Treatment
You’ll feel a warm, snapping or prickling sensation as the BBL light pulses across the skin. The built-in cooling system keeps the surface comfortable throughout. Most clients find it very tolerable with no numbing needed.
After Treatment
Skin may appear pink or flushed for a few hours to 24 hours. Pigmented spots will temporarily darken — this is normal and expected. Over the following 7 to 14 days those spots flake off naturally, revealing clearer skin underneath. Makeup is typically safe within 24 hours. No heavy peeling or extended recovery.
