Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo using a manual disposable handheld tool. The tiny needles in the shape of a blade simultaneously create each individual hair-like stroke. The pigment is then deposited into the first layer of the skin.

How long does microblading last? Is it going to hurt?

The beauty of microblading is that is a semi-permanent tattoo that lasts up to 2-3 years! You can go swimming or workout and they will still be there! We numb the area well for 15 minutes so that you don’t feel a thing. In fact - we have had clients fall asleep mid-treatment!

 FAQs

  • Like any tattoo, there is a healing process in which you must care for your new investment. There is a 10 day healing process for microblading. Prepare to not get them wet, sweat, wear makeup, or be in direct sunlight for the next 10 days. You will be instructed to clean them 2x a day and apply a barrier cream on them to keep them from drying out and scabbing.

  • It isn’t, but the one-time touch which is carried out 7-8 weeks from the procedure is minimal and relatively quick. Microblading touch-ups are currently $120.

  • Please avoid taking any blood thinners 48 hours before your appointment. This includes caffeine, alcohol, NSAIDs, green tea, vitamin E, fish oil and more.

    Avoid getting Botox, facials, peels, waxing, threading, or getting sunburnt 2 weeks prior to your appointment. Do not use harsh skincare products such as retinol, retin-A, renova, or glycolic acid for 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

  • Absolutely! Ashlee, our PMU artist wants to make sure you are satisfied with the temporary shape she has created before she begins depositing ink into the skin.
